Let's go to the bookshelf!

Do you like to read books in your free time? Even though I cannot read many books these days, I still like to read books in my free time and on the way to travel. Moreover, I like everything about books that I can feel such as the letters of the books, the cover designs of books, and the feeling of underlining on the books. What I think as an uninvented thing in the world is “Kindles” which can make people easier to read without having real books. There is two reasons why I pick it up as uninvented thing.

Above all, I cannot line on the book when I use a Kindle to read. I tend to know the words which I do not understand well and I usually underline with a pencil whenever I see those words. I also underline the sentences that I really want to keep in mind with my highlighting pen. However, I cannot do anything like these when I use a kindle. In spite of the fact that there is the function of bookmarking, I think, I seem to be as a different work. I do not know if new version of kindle would develop such a function but I think it would be still considered as other thing.

Furthermore, I like the smell of old books and especially lots of stacks of old books on an attic of the house. However, I can smell nothing of old books on Kindles. If someone saw me who smell Kindle, he or she would think me weird. Besides the smell of books, I enjoy guessing their ages while turning over the pages. But, you know already what I want to say, I do not want to do that with my electric book. As people bring their own books, people can feel certain emotions through books not only the feeling of contents but also the touch of books.

For these reasons, if I could uninvent something, I would pick “Kindles” without hesitation.  While writing these paragraphs, I decided to read, love, and feel my books more and more. Let’s go to the bookshelf, together! ^^

Selina's Dream Job: Co-traveler

Is there anyone who wants to dream a nightmare? Absolutely, nobody wants to do. When I heard the word ‘Dream Job’, I would like to choose the sweetest job that I’ve ever heard like a sweet dream. Thus, I made my own lists which I like to do in order to pick one as my dream job. Followings are the lists that I like: to cook Korean dishes and treat the food, to travel and take pictures of places and people, to talk with good people who are close or are getting closer, to give helpful advices to friends with worries such as troubles with their boyfriends, to write down encouragements to cheer up, and to be a friend who can talk sympathetic words. After thinking many times about it, I found out a new job and I named it as ‘co-traveler’ that is the name of the job of person who can travel with. I want to become a friend or a college who lives alone and who cannot find any company to enjoy the trip.
There are several reasons that I thought about ‘co-traveler’. First, I love to travel and I am a sociable person who can be a good listener and a speaker while talking with new people. Moreover, I can make our time worthy to enjoy by cooking and eating foods with new global friends. When I play an important role of ‘co-traveler’, I think I am a suitable person as a good counselor, not to mention of a good photographer. In addition, I like to help others if I can do as many as possible. Through my dream job, co-traveler, I would like to share a certain memories with lonely women. For example, one of my friends was looking for her company of trips every summer and winter vacation. She had a hard time to find a friend to be able to spend the vacation together due to time and money. After all, she went to Spain with her younger brother who my friend minded getting together. If I were a ‘coco-traveler’ at that time, I could go with her.
